Hello Andy,

Unfortunately your post does not provide sufficient information to diagnose the issue, or possible solution.

Could you please try and describe the problem in more detail?  As much information as possible...

Screenshots can also be extremely useful.

Kind regards,

Paul

Thanks for the information, Andy.

First can you please confirm that the images are present and visible in the WebSite X5 preview?  If they are not then please hold down the 'CTRL' key whilst entering the Preview mode, and then check again that the images are visible.

Assuming that the images can be seen in Preview mode, the next step would be to check the configuration of your server, and ensure that you match the FTP settings in Step 5 to those required by your webhost.  I have linked to the relevant FAQ's from your webhost below:

http://info87148.myorderbox.com/kb/servlet/KBServlet/cat208.html

http://info87148.myorderbox.com/kb/servlet/KBServlet/faq1160.html

In particular, please try toggling between Active and Passive FTP modes, to see whether or not the image files are then uploaded correctly.

Lastly, if the FTP error is exclusive to images only, then please ensure that you have write permissions for the 'images' folder on your server (which is a sub-directory of your WebSite X5 project root folder).  This FAQ from your webhost will help you to understand the various permissions:

http://info87148.myorderbox.com/kb/servlet/KBServlet/faq1162.html

If you continue to experience difficulty, then please do a test using an FTP client (such as FileZilla (https://filezilla-project.org/) to ascertain whether or not you can upload test images into the 'images' folder in that way:

http://info87148.myorderbox.com/kb/servlet/KBServlet/faq1483.html

Please keep us updated and informed as to your progress.

Kind regards,

Paul

Did you notice the bottom part attached to my last post?  Have you tried this also?
