No Drop-Down Menu When Website Viewed Via Smartphone

I am a new user and have recently created my first site. I am happy with everything except that when the website is viewed on a smartphone, the drop-down menu cannot be accessed. That is, it appears in the right hand corner but it cannot be "clicked" to open. Note: I have ticked the "responsive" box in the setup and have smartphone setup for 600 pixels. I have previously tried 480 and 320 pixels but no difference.
I have no such issue when the website (www.kasa.com.au) is viewed via desktop or tablet/iPad.
Could someone please assist.

Hello Karl,
In the first instance please check and confirm beyond any doubt that JavaScript is enabled on the smartphone in question.
Your website menu icon opens the menu and functions perfectly for me when viewing your site on my own smartphone. I strongly suspect that this is a localised issue confined to your own mobile device.

I cannot offer advise, but like Paul, on my phone (ASUS zenfone 2) I have no issues, your website looks great and works flawlessly.
