How can I center the product for image and text ? I find nowhere to settle this.

Make 3 columns on the page. Widen the image and text object on all three columns in width.
Place the item product catalog in the middle column showing a product per line.
The columns in the page can be varied in width. (draw nit mouse or numerical entry by right mouse button.
