Am presently developing a small courier shipping site and am required to insert a tracking page where clients can input a tracking code and get status of their shipment,Any idea on how it can be done?

. . . i think for such purpose you have to use a real shop-system with tracking database - x5 is not a real shop-system . . .

Yu can create the front end with incomedia but for tracking/backend you need to either develop the script yourself or purchase from third party.
I can sell a backend script for you if you are interested.
