Italian text at the bottom of my email

I am sending an email on my contact page.
The email sends, but at the bottom of the email is some Italian test.
It starts with
"Questo messaggio di posta elettronica contiene"
How can I change this text to English?

To edit or delete the text you refer to, please go to Step 1 General Settings > Template Style > E-mail Layout > E-mail Item (dropdown menu) > Footer Note > Text
