How can I personalize outgoing emails?
I want to insert data from my database into an email sent to my client.
I perhaps would like to add a person's title and surname or just his name on top of the email I send to him.

Do you mean the confirmation email sent to the user when he fills the email form object?
If yes at the moment it is not possible to add this functionality.
I would like to suggest that you open an "Idea" Post where you describe to us the feature you would like to see implemented in the future releases of WebSite X5.
