How to remove the annoying white dashed lines Ver 12

On my test site, [screen grab attached] I have white dashed vertical lines to the left and right of the top menu buttons and also on the left and the right of the site horizontally above the menu buttons.
Also the content area of the page, it appears that the background template graphic has the transparency blurred - the white lines and the blurring happens on all pages.
Problem displayed on only browsers tried, MS Edge and Google Chrome running on MS Windows 10 Pro.
Would appreciate any insights/comments..

In this case a website adress would help.
Did you put some code in the expert sections ?
step2 > properties -? expert tab ? (check pilldown menu bold sections)
or
step 4 -> Seo -? expert tab ? (check pilldown menu bold sections)

Thanks Andre.. I had no code in the expert tab.. However it is resolved, still not sre how but the white lines appears to be showing an "out of bounds" border re my custom template.. Changed header size and horizonatal white line went away, then applied "center" instead of default of "flush left" to the template page content and the vertical white line went away.. So all well.
However, its frustrating that this "aberration" is not documented as a possibility in the help areas..
