Jeg har købt Website X5 Evolution 12, og har også fået bygget en hjemmeside op, men har store problemer med e-mail, de kommer ikke frem til min indbakke i gmail, eller også går de i spam.
Ud fra de spørgsmål og svare som i har givet, har jeg ikke fundet en løsning på problemet,
har talt med Web10 ( min webudbyder i Danmark) som siger at mail skal sendes som smtp,
har også fået diverse oplysninger som jeg har indsat i Data Management, jeg har også prøvet mig frem, uden et godt resultat, håber på jeres hjælp.

Probably to use the SMTP settings of your hosting provider you need als to use as email the one you got with your domain. As example *** where you add instead of mydomain.com the URL of your domain.
In case you want to use the SMTP of gmail then you need to add the SMTP data of the gmail service and not of your hosting provider.
I would suggest to try to use the email you got form your hosting provider with the domain to see if then you receive the emails.

I've tried different solutions, and is now once again gone over to PHP, at the other solutions I did not get any mail, by PHP comes mail, but the spam folder.
Is the error so by web10 (my hosting). Or is it Google?

If the emails is moved automatically to the spam folder generally this means the hosting mail server is seen as senidng spam. Try to mark it as "not spam" and then test it again.

Now I'm back in the situation that there will be no mail in my
gmail inbox / spam, I also have a web page on CMS Made Simple, this site is also located at web10, and there are no problems with the mail, they come every time.
I refuse to believe that it should not succeed in WebsiteX5.

What did you change in the project settings?
If you set it back like before you receive the emails in the spam folder?
About the fact the emails are moved to the spam folder it depends probably from the client used which is marking them as spam and once you set it as not spam it will work correctly.

No there's nothing you need to remember before to move to one.com
As soon as you export the project on one.com then all will work automatically.
Only in case you use the database functionalities then you will need to change the database login data with the one provided to you by one.com
