how in the heck do you remove the footer menu from all pages in a site collection?

This is ver 12.  I see an answer for ver 9 but those menus dont' exist in 12 anymore

Hello Todd,

To remove the footer menu go to Step 1 General Settings > Template Style > Text Style > Page Item > Footer Menu

Then deselect the checkbox marked 'Visible' in the 'Style' section, located just underneath the 'Page Item' drop-down menu.
