Laptop re-install not working  en

Hi,

I have bought Website X5 Professional 10 a while ago and was working fine on my PC and Laptop.  I recently formated my Laptop to transition to Win 10 and now trying to re-activate my licence and the activation tells me that I have wrong key.

I reinstalled software using the original .EXE file and activation licence that I have received originally at time of purchase.

Please advise.

Hello Mike,

Go on the "My Licences"  section of your profile here and copy the licence key of WebSite X5 Professional 10 and then paste it in the program during the activation procedure to try to activate it again.
