Cannot find objects which I purchased after re-installing Website X5 12.

I purchased a few objects during Christmas & year end offer with zero credits. After couple of days, I needed to reinstall Website X5 12 because I changed my PC. Now I am not able to find those objects in my object section. When I try to download those objects, it says, you have already purchased this object.
Please guide me what to do?

Find in the top right corner, the management button (step3). click it, then update the next screen with button on top, you should be able to find the objects.
Or check the pulldown menu top right in x5, maybe it's set to filter the ones you bought, set it to all objects and scroll down.
