Unable to Activate

Hi
I have updated my X5 Today and am unable to register. It failes to connect to the server.
I visited the activation URL at: http://my.websitex5.com/register/v9/
Response: {"id":"404","msg":"Page not found"}
This looks like a technical issue at your servers.

Hello Paul,
The link you have posted does not have anything to do with version 12 - it is an old link for version 9.
Activation should occur automatically during installation of WebSite X5, provided you have a working internet connection. As you are experiencing difficulty please check that WebSite X5 has clear access to the internet through firewalls, proxy servers, antivirus, etc.
If you still cannot connect then it is possible to activate offline by following these instructions:

You can check your v12 licence details, and add them if necessary, here:
https://answers.websitex5.com/profile/licence
However, I should point out that your profile details would suggest that your version 12 is already activated, and as such there is nothing further for you to do.
