Can't get a template into my page

Trying to build a website, got to choosing a template. I found one template I like, # 23079 but when I click on it nothing happens. I tried download button and it said it downloaded to my computer, which isn't what I wanted.
I tried opening that, and nothing happened.
I do find some of the instructions confusing.
Help please!

Dapne, I can't find the template you mention, do you have an url ?
Check if the template is for Home version, maybe it is for another version ?
