Manage events with a free calendar (without Bookeo) ?

Hello,

Has someone found a possibility to insert a free calendar able to manage events ?

I know that there is the Bookeo widget but I cannot afford to pay their monthly fees.

See there are a free ical calendar here

use it together with google calender.
