Author: Jon SamI have installed WebSite X5 Evolution Demo 12 version as I am considering purchasing this software but it keeps crashing on my laptop right as soon as I start trying to select a template. On my laptop I am running Windows 10 if that makes any difference. Would appreciate any help anyone can offer to solve this. Thanks in advance
...during the last time ever x5 users using as SO Windows 10 occurring troubles; as first suggestion try to run the program using compatible modality with Win 7...(open property ecc.)

try reinstall the Framewokr in your system, Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off
Clear the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and then click on OK. Clear also the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 and then click on OK.
After Windows disables the feature you will need to go back to re-enable Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and 4.6 and then click ok.
Also try reinstall the Acrobat Reader and Try Again.
