Not able to load new versions of website after the initial load

I am unable to re-load my website http://www.nillas.co.za/
I have upgraded to the latest version of Website X5 Evolution 12, chose a new template, loaded the new site (overwriting a 2 year old one). It loaded sucessfully at the first try with website title Bernina Centurion V0-1.
Since then I have tried several times to reload without any success. I have changed the website title to Bernina Centurion. I get no error messages during or after the upload. I have double checked with my service provider. My FTP, server and other information is correct.
I am attaching an image of the new site I am trying to upload.

try with ctrl button pressed the preview, if ok, do a full uppload and see if this has helped.

Check also to export in the correct folder of your hosting space.

Hi, sorry this is my first try... I am a toal novice. Where do I see what the folder should be?
If you upload your site you get settings from your webhosting company.
If you set them in x5 and make connection with step 5 uploading you will get several folders after connecting. These folders are from your webhosting company. You need to use the correct folder to see your website online. X5 will ask automaticly to connect to that folder you choose if it has changed and then next time it will be immadiatly the correct folder. But the first time tou need to check it and choose it.
The folder name is also in v10 known. Maybe you can look there in step 5 to see the correct name of the follder that you need in v12. You can find it in step5, choose upload to internet, press next, then top right you will find the folder name. remeber that one, then find it in v12 when connecting to the server when you upload to internet.
