My x5 evolution v8 won't open in windows7. Is there an update available? I've just bought v12Home and it's rubbish. I want to use the v8 i bought before.

The most up-to-date edition of version 8 is available to download from your user profile:

When installing, be sure to right-click on the setup file and select 'Run as administrator'.

website x5 v8 runs on windows 7, windows 8 and windows 10, we know because we run all versions of website x5 on windows 10 together.
