Do not use relative path for local FTP

Just a quick pointer to prevent someone from wasting time like me. I am running IIS7 under Windows 10 on my laptop for development purposes.
I made the mistake of entering the FTP address on the Step 5 Export option as (for example) \\192.168.211.1 and received the Generic error message. After reading another post about the characters ftp: in the name being incorrect I decided to remove the \\ and all worked just fine.
Perhaps the help file can be updated with this gotcha - it would have saved me a couple of hours.
One other thing, items which did not behave properly when doing a save to disk worked properly after being exported to the same location via the FTP update.
