Showbox Gallery not working in Google Chrome?

I have noticed that on viewing our website in Google Chrome on one of our PCs the Showbox Gallery feature does not appear to function. Whereas on another PC it does function OK on Google Chrome. I'm guessing that it is some kind of localised problem. Any ideas on how to fix it? Thanks in advance.

Hello David,
Check your browser add-ons and plug-ins for anything which could interfere with the ShowBox operation (disable them one by one if necessary), and check that you have JavaScript enabled and working properly.
