I would like to inquire will this program WebsiteX5 Evolution 12 ran in windows type tablet like this one? Acer W1-810-12RL 8" Atom Z3735G 1GB with specs of:

Operating System: Windows 8.1
CPU (Model + Speed): Intel Atom Z3735G 1.33GHz Processor
RAM and Hard Disk Drive (HDD): 1GB RAM and 32GB eMMC

So you will see that WebSite X5 should run on the computer you refer to.

but the requirements state it needs a Screen resolution at 1024x600.

if its not 1024x600 will it not work?

1024x600 is the minimum screen resolution for comfortable operation, to avoid scrolling the screen.

You can of course use any screen resolution higher than that.
