X5 Pro 11 Crashes

I open my project as usual, the moment I click on "Template Customization", the program crashes. Same thing happens on all my saved projects.

...usually one crash referred to a specific project, it affer only the opened project; check into folder with your project (iwzip ext.), otherwise you have the backup list for all your project.

i get hte same crash on all 3 of my last projects.
there are just too many changes in those projects to simply go back to an old version, so it does not really solve the issue.
I need someone from Incomedia to please look into this.

try re-install the c++ in your system:

and the Framework:
Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off
Clear the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and then click on OK. Clear also the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 and then click on OK.
After Windows disables the feature you will need to go back to re-enable Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and 4.6 and then click ok.
Then start the program ad administrator and try again.
