Not receiving orders from shopping cart

I have set up my shopping cart with the e-mail address for receiving orders. If order is placed from customer the customer receives the confirmation of order but the e-mail for receiving orders do not receive the order by mail. Only one mail is sent out to the customer but not to the receiver of the order specified under "E-mail Address for receiving Orders".
