How to remove shipping cost when only the order more than a fixed amount

HI,
Please help.
I would like to less the shipping cost when only the total order is more than an amount. it seem to me ,current WebsiteX5 Evo 12 only allow me to charge additional cost instead removing. Any one can help to advise me a solution.

...I think you can find a solution into Shopping card; open setting products and trought the options that are shown on the windows find the right (maybe: options, discounts)...

In the Shypping Type window in the Cost tab you can set the shipping cost to change according to the total order amount:

Where you set if higher than a selected amount who much the cost will be. In this way you can have different shipping costs according to different amounts.
