Multilingual Chinese website

I used Website Evolution 11 to build my website in English. Now I want to add a website in Chinese. From your forum, I read that I can build the Chinese website under a different project. Upload it to a subfolder under the English website. How do I link the two websites together? Your faq seems to suggest to do it through the Welcome page. My English website does not use a Welcome page at the moment. I went into the Welcome page creation to have a look, it seems Website Evolution 11 only supports 5 languages, no Chinese. Version 12 is advertised to have multilingual support, does it include Chinese? What other additional feature has it go to help towards creating a Chinese website?

The languages availables in the welcome page are only as example and you can remove the ones you don't need and add the language you want. Just delete all the languages you don't use and then click to add a new one where you write the name and add the link to the chinese version of the website. You can add manually also the flag in case you want to have it. In version 12 the functionality is the same.
