Database Viewer: Error - can't get row count

Hello, I've created the post form and want to collect all the data from there in to Data base. I've also purchased the DataBase Viewer. But there is some problem with it because after all settings, when I go to the page with inserted DB Viewer it shows me the ERROR - Can't get row count. I've checked, there are all permisions for my DB.
Please let me know what should I do to make it work?

Hello Chernyshova,
Check that your database table has a primary field set on it.
Check that the name of your table does not contain spaces.
If both are OK then please wait for the Incomedia support team to assist further.

The problem was with the table name, there was a space in it. Now everething works fine.
