Error in XML document (4683,49)

Hi, i saved my webpage on computer with .iwzip extension and i reinstall the windows and the program as well. I try to open and show me this error, is loaded but i can not open the project because that error (error in XML document (4683,49), what can i do ?
The program is buyed so is legit. Instalation and to open new project works fine.

i try to make an update by program, maybe because of that dont work, i remember i did some updates from time to time working on x5

yes, this was the error... now work fine...
