Hello, I would like to ask you if its possible to insert the file name below all the photos in the preview gallery.

No sorry this is standard in x5 not possible.
You can add any text in the description but not use the file name as a standard text.
If you want this then you could make an idea post for Incomedia, maybe they can set a feuture like that in future versions or updates.
