I have read through all the posts on coupons that I can understand, and searched in the Help, but still do not know how to apply a coupon. I do not see the option in the product 'Discount' tab.

What I need is a means to give a customer a discount -if agreed- off an online order. i.e. it will show up after the total nett price as a reduction, before they go on to pay.  The coupon would need to be a code for either a percentage or a fixed amount.

Failing that, to apply the discount code to one particular product.
