Forms and filtering  en

We are having problemswith our forms. We are using them for registrations for our events and Some of them are coming through to us and some of them are not. We contacted our host and they said it could be in the filtering through out website that certain ones aren't coming through. How would we go about lessening the filter to allow more of these emails to come through to us from our forms through our website?

Hello Jason,

That is a rather odd response from your host as any email filters are server side and not anything to do with WebSite X5 as such.

Check your email spam folder(s) for any mail which has gone amiss, and use the Website Test section in your online control panel to verify that email sending is set up correctly within WebSite X5:
