Why is it that i cannot use a full image to place in my gallery, as seen on the image uploaded there are uneven spaces at the side and the top has extra. Why is this. Please explain.

could it be that the image has an edge, like a framework? Did you set the thumbnail with a framework? Let me know so that I can help you further.
