I have a lot of protected pages on my wesite and I've noticed that it's posible for different people to login to the same page the same time with the same login account data.

I meen that it's only one account in the system but a couple of people can use it the same time. If the situation is that someone gave his login data to other person.

I have a locked pages witht the data you need to pay for. And how can I sell if if only one person can buy the access and then give it to 100 people for free and all of them will use it.

Please let me know how can I protect my data?

Best regards. Tetiana

Hello Tetiana,

The correct way to protect your locked pages would be to allocate each user a different username and password combination.  In this way if you find that you have a rogue account then you can quickly and easily terminate it and shut it down.

There is no good reason why you should be using the same username and password combination for all users.  WebSite X5 makes it easy to set up numerous accounts, all with unique login credentials.

I don't think there is any way you can do what you ask. If 1 user has a username and password and gives it to another user, they can then log in without paying.

Of course huges companies can do this but it is hugely expensive in terms of time and money. I think you and I have to realy on the honesty of our customers.

Dear Duncan. I would really love to do as you said, but it can work for the European countries, unfortunatly not for Ukraine or Russia.

As for the licensess and the copyright it's like a black and dark forest here. Thats why I've asked about the locked pages protection.

I think it's quite logical that if someone has loged in with his data - no one else can login with the same data the same time. Maybe after - it can work, but not the same time.

Dear Paul. Thank you very much for your reply.

All of my users have different login and password combinations.

I'm talking about the situation when the ligin info was givven to someone else.

I want it to work the way when if one used is logged in - another person can't login with the same data. Maybe even untill the first one is logged out.

I want the program to say to the second person something like "excuse me but the access is closed because this identification data is used at present time"

Hello Chernyshova T.,

At the moment the option to not allow 2 or more to login with the same data is not available in the program.

I would suggest you to open an IDEA post to suggest it for the future releases of the program.

Many thanks!
