For/upload/export problems

I am running ver 12 of the program and have run into difficulty when trying to upload the site that has been created.. I need to use FileZilla to upload the site to the server. When I use the export option it generates a single file with iwzip after the dot, if I click this it tells me it will import the files back into the program, so I am not seeing the files that need to be uploaded. Do I need to unzip this file in some way, or am I missing a step ? Alternatively is it possible to identify the relevant files and upload them without using the export option?

I thinkyou're usingthe wrongchoice.
To publish yourWeb siteshoulduse the "Uploadtotheinternetwebsite"and you'll see that you have the optionsto add the dataofyourFTP.
There you must putthe same filezilla parameters.
