Activation in Windows 10 - New PC  en

I've migrated to a new PC and attempted a re-install of Website X5 Ver 12.  When the install gets to the activation wizard it just stops - no activation screen - no nothing.

I've attempted many of the suggestions regarding drivers, running as administrator, uninstalling, turning off firewall and defender then re-installing.  Not having any luck.  I go back to my original PC and activation works fine.  Here's the details on the new PC...

Possibly the access is blocked to the Internet. Do you have firewall, virus scanner and malware software checks whether the access is allowed for Websitex5. Are all components of Windows updates?

Hello Darrel,

Try to repair the .NET Frameworks to see if this helps:

Go to Control Panel > Programs and Features > Turn Windows features on or off
Clear the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and then click on OK. Clear also the check box for Microsoft .NET Framework 4.6 and then click on OK.
After Windows disables the feature you will need to go back to re-enable Microsoft .NET Framework 3.5.1 and 4.6 and then click ok.
