Anyone else having issues with not recieving emails from your site?  en

We are not recieving emails now from our web sites. Why? All of the old templates that have been created are in fact still getting emails, anything now however new we've created are not sending. Our old guest book, and applications are ok, its just anything new as mentioned, will not post. Sadly we will be forced to completely uninstall this software and revert to another if needed. Time is money, and a full blown unlimited server is not cheap by any means. We would very much love some input and if anyone else is having the same issues.

Hello James,

Are the 'new' sites on different servers?

Even if not, check with your webhost in case they have made any changes to your server configuration.

Issues such as you describe are server related.  You can check for correct server settings by using the built-in email test facility within WebSite X5.  Log in here:

http://www.heritage-va.net/admin/login.php

Your login credentials are your administrator username and password as defined in Step 4 Access Management.

Try changing script and/or send method in Step 4 Advanced Settings > Data Management > Sending E-mail, until you find the correct type which works correctly with your server.

Thanks for the quick response, I will try that for sure. I really do Love this software and want to upgrade to the newer one, but as mentioned I Must have it work right of course.

Again, thank You , I will check the php version also, and check the php.ini file. And as you mentioned, the script, good tip, thanks , keep ya posted.
