How to change default path for Saving projects?

Hello.
I've been using WebSite X5 Evolution 12 on some other computers. I just bought and downloaded what must be an updated version of the program. I can no longer find a way to change the default path for my projects. On the versions I'm running on other computers, there is PREFERENCES option where this change can be made. Am I overlooking something or this is no longer a feature? Thank you.

There has been no change in the method of changing the default path. This setting is still accessed via the Preferences screen.
