Problem importing projects from Version 12

I have Version 13 since October 4 and have tried to import a project from version 12. Even after creating a new project the process fails giving the following error message:
"Error loading the project. Browser is already initialized. RegisterJsObject must becalled before the underlying CEF Browser is created."
