No, instead you should enter the administrator credentials as defined in Step 1 Settings > Advanced > Access Management

Hi Paul both my sites c4rh.org and forumforfp.org doesnt use the Program’s Access Management window.  

The online control panel is a default feature of WebSite X5.  It is not necessary for the website administrator to activate it.

Check these URL's:

http://c4rh.org/admin/login.php

http://forumforfp.org/admin/login.php

The login credentials are the administrator username and password as defined in Step 1 Settings > Advanced > Access Management

It say's the website cannot be added.

Both sites are currently on version 12.

The new WebSite X5 Manager App is a version 13 feature.  You will need to update your sites to version 13 before you can use it.

Please read the help file.

ah ok thanks i am still importing it to version 13 but the text/objects is moving that is why i am not yet finish
