I had my Home Page in "Edit" mode and was just looking at Row Formats, having clicked on the top row.
That's all I did.
I published a couple of effects and noticed that my Template background video had shrunk back to "800/600" from my manual formatted "1289/537"
I am currently resizing it back.
Looks like a problem?

(ps I have tried everything to stretch the photo album tpo fit the full page width but I am unable to do so.
All the "object" effect choices have disappeared in the header and footer editor, too.
Every single upgrade from v9 onwards has caused me problems!)

Solved. Had to reconstruct the photoalbum.
