Just downloaded version 13 and encountered this problem

I upgraded my Website X5 Professional 12 to the new 13 today. I then imported a project I'd been working on from 12. However, when previewing the work I've added to the project... the new work I've added does NOT appear. Please help. Thank you.

Where did you add it? Could it be in responsive in 1 viewport?
Try also ctrl key with preview.
What on a new project caan you make the same chenges there and does it work then also or not?

Thanks for your help. I tried all the things you mentioned but none of my changes are showing in preview.
Is there a glitch in version 13?
Should I export the project back to 12 for now whilst 13 is fixed?

Hi Andre,
I'm not getting a lot of joy with Version 13. I have tried several times to change the footer content on my site and Error Occurred button shows then closes down the software...

John,
Versions are only compatible to higher version for import, so v12 can be imported in v13, but the other way around is not possible cause v12 has not the functions of v13 so it can;t handle that.
If it doesn't work then use v12 for the time being end sort out v13 in the meantime.
For instance start a new project in v13 add some items and see if this works. Depending on that you can figure out if the import is not good or that v13 has a glich.
If it is v13 try a full new install from your download page (top right pulldown here in answers)
