Updating from v 12 to v 13 on windows 10 doesn't start and crashes ...

Hi:
I've purchased an upgrade from v12.09.30 to v13.0.013 and the process of installation and registration are succesfully. After that I try to run the program and it crashes and show me on screen the error in the attachment. I've done all processes uninstalling the old v12, deleted the inocmedia folders on my users folders. All with Administrator rights. Am I missing something?.

Hello Humberto,
Start the windows command prompt by opening the start in windows and then search for cmd.exe and once opened write:
lodctr /R
and then press enter
Once done test the program again.

Thanks for your help and advice. I've fixed the problem. Last night I've just update to the last release of windows 10, then reinstall the v 13 again and it worked.
