In the FOOTER: Each "Title" object has the same attributes yet the text displays in different font sizes? See the attached image. Ideas?

James, if the footer works like the header, I suspect you have a text box defined that is not big enough to show all your title at the requested size. On my PC the text is scaled when this happens. Make your text box bigger by dragging the edges in the footer overview.
