Bug in version 13?

There seems to be a bug in version 13 where the footer appears at the top of the page when the page structure is in a ceertain state. To illustrate this, I have prepared some png image files, which I have zipped because it seems you can only upload one file. After unzipping the file, look at the attached image Page structure 1 then the associated Preview 1. Everything is in its correct place. Now look at Page structure 2, where I have simply added an extra column to the right. The associated Preview 2 shows that the footer has wandered to the top of the page.

Hello Michael,
Have you added any custom code to this project? If so, what and where?
Kind regards,
Paul
Hello Michael,
I tested it but I could not duplicate the issue. Can you please write me all the steps you follow so I can see on what it depends?
Many thanks!

I did have some custom code - see my other outstanding ticket on fixed (sticky) header and footer - but I took it all out before taking the screenshots. I say I took it out. What I actually did was put // at the front of each line to cancel its effect without losing the code altogether.
I am using this program on a Mac via Windows 10 running in Parallels. Would this make a difference?
The page is the last (fifth) in the site, but I did move it to see if this would make any dofference, but it didn't. I also built it from scratch in v13. It's not imported from an earlier version.
I'll try building it from scratch again without adding then removing code. You never know if there are incompatible remenants. It's late in the UK as I write, so it will have to wait. I'll report again after I've had a play.

I have tried the same page construction on a brand new site project and I can't duplicate the issue again either! Let's just put it down to a bug having crept into the original project
