Hamburger Icon and Page Width

Upgraded to V13, and now find the Main Menu (Vertical Left) is replaced by the Hamburger Icon. I tried switching off various pages to reduce the Menu items to 4 or 5, but no difference. Because the site is aimed at very senior citizens, who may well never have seen the Hamburger Icon, I would like to revert to the main menu as before. Or at least to change the Icon so that it reads MENU. If it is a pager width problemm, can I make the pages wider in V13? The site is prepared as responsive.

Many thanks, but although I have looked closely at the links (in your first link there is a second link), I cannot make any progress. Perhaps I should have told you I am using the Evolution version, not the Profesional one. I have never been able to see where / how I can increase the basic page width. If I make it a desk top site the menu is normal, but at responsive the hamburger takes over.
Are there any other suggestions please?

The space allocated for the vertical menu is not wide enough to accodate the menu buttons (this triggers the toaster menu). Under Template, Customise, Template Structure you can make the space available for the menu greater by clicking where the vertical menu is and allocating more space.
