Refresh downloaded template in v13

Hello,
I recently upgraded to v13 and have been happy with the release. Today I downloaded the Food 3 template to create a new project. I selected this template and was customizing the header when I received a Windows message stating that an error occurred in the application and it was being closed. I re-launched Website X5, chose the Food 3 template, and got a message stating the selected template is not valid and I should "update the library and try again". Could you please let me know how to update the library?

. . . did you update all the widgets and appsas advised after changing to v13 ? (See messages last week)

I'm unable to find anything that references widgets and apps. However, when I "check for updates" it says "Website X5 is already updated to the latest version."

I just clicked the "Update" button on the Default Template Selection window. It now allows me to select the Food 3 template, however the preview on the Selection window doesn't match the preview that it displays after I choose it. After I make the selection the template is missing header, footer, and menu items. I am attaching screen captures of each to show the difference.

The image you see on the left is how it looks like with some content while on the right is the blank template but once you add the content then it will appear correctly. The image on the left is only an example image.

Thank you, Claudio. I don't know why I was expecting it to contain the menu by default. I must have confused myself after seeing that earlier "not valid" error.
