Making email addresses live

When adding email addresses to the header or in the text, can they be made to be live, in other words activated when viewed and clicked on mobile devices to do a 'mailto' command?
Same for phone numbers - dial out on click on a mobile device.

Use the link option, there are many option in there for all kind off activations, even a a text box if you hoover over it (description TAB in the link menu).
