Can create language buttons and see them on the desktop but the same buttons are

Though my question is
How can I solve the problem seeing the buttons as well on a desktop as on mobile divices.

On the left side in the header menu you can select different viewports, see that the pictures are available there also.
Use the button on top and the left selection for several viwports to create this.
