Error Message saying this is an upgrade and failing to register - why?  en

I have just downloaded from the link in my email, after paying nearly $100 - Its now telling me I have an "upgrade" version. Firstly nothing in the promotion email said anything about upgrade. It was 50% off the $199 price.

Secondly, even if it was, I have registered v10 of evolutiuon.

Lastly, why wont this register as a new program - I paid what would have been $199 other than the 50% off code.

I am absolutely stunned that this is the first experience I have of using your latest PRO version and wonder what other crap lies ahead.

My email that i purchsed this product with is *** - same as that which is registered on website X5 answers.

Key I was given by Cleverbridge is ***

I am disgusted at this BS.

According to your profile you have requested 2 different refunds for your version 11 and 12, this is probably the reason why you had issues during the installation process now.

Please feel free to download it and install adding the same email address you used to register your previous version 10.
