Footer update frozen

On the 'Header and Footer Content' Page - I am trying to add Title information to the Footer of a website.
Have done this succesfully many times in Evolution Version 12 - and 3-4 times in Version 13.
In V13 (when adding more Title information) it has now come up with a small revolving blue circle (indicating the system is doing something). The blue circle moves with the cursor but will not go away. I have closed the project down and re-opened it - but the blue circle is still re-appears.
I have left the Footer page runing for over 30 minutes - but the blue circle is still running. Appears that something is 'locked up'.
Any help would be much appreciated. Many thanks

I have the same problem with the newest version of websitex5 evolution. It is not possible to edit a small text block or add some text information or a link in the footer.
Allways comes the blue loading circle. I wait several minutes but nothing happens. Then I close down the programm with the task manager.

Can you please try following to see if then the same still happens?
- Open the windows start menu or press the Windows Key + R and search for cmd.exe and run it.
- In the Command Prompt enter following command:
lodctr /R
- Press enter

I was in a bit of a rush - so deleted the project, reloaded the previous version and made the required changes. The fault did not re-appeared. If it does then I will most certainly try your suggestion. Many thanks.
