The webadres you give is made with v12, is the project correct in preview in v13 ? Then do a full upload.

If it does not help -and the project in preview in v13 is good, then clear first your website adress (delete all files) then again do a full upload.

The site map can be set and unset in step2 template customization, text style, then use pulldown menu -> sitemap.

Tetx are converted to picture's cause the way v12 worked with header and foorter is completely changed in v13.

You can now use all objects in header and footer, this is a very big advantage. If the convertion did not go wel then remove the object and place a new one from v13.

I have seen your website and the data on it is still from v12, so the update is not in the correct folder or incomplete fromv13,

So do full update from v13, or remove first all files from webbrowser (check if the website is emtpy by accesing it and then refresh with F5) and then do a full update with v13.

I did the following now :

1.Uninstalled V13 en ereinstalled your software.

2.Deleted all files and directorys on the webserver and performed a full reset.

3.Uploaded the website (preview was OK ,and upload no faults) but i have the following fault message on the website

403 Forbidden!

You don't have permission to access the requested object. It is either read-protected or not readable by the server.

So what is wrong here ??

Are you sure you upload to the correct follder? Check the FAQ from your website provider to see that you upload to the correct folder! now it's probably empty, that's why you get the 403 error.

So deleting went good but upload not. Remove the destination folder in x5 prior to upload, then select the correct folder manually. If this still does not help you could also use a seperate ftp program like filezilla, copy your website to harddrive en then do an upload with filezilla, but I think the last step is not neccesssary, the first one should do the job.

There was no change in destination folder since some years. In the new version V13 i have not changed anything.

Please note that my other websites are OK on V12 are ok for uploading.I will check with the provider if he has a solution too.

I just received the message from the provider :

You get this message because no index.html or index.php file is present on the website. This allows the web server does not know which page should be loaded.

Strange because from the update from v12 to v13 nothing has changed

Can you help on this

Second answer from the provider.

The website is uploaded correctly.

You get this message because no index.html or index.php file is present on the website. This allows the web server does not know which page should be loaded. For example to "http://on7ql.be/home.php ', the page will load properly. I would like to ask you to upload this file yet with the correct settings.

Can we solve this quickly please ??

I eally like to move on

In v12 there is a index.html file .But after converting to V13 the index.html is no loger there.

Is this a bug in the program ? How to resolve this ?

yes, that could cause this.

Why not upload your v12 project in the meantime, and figure this out later?

You could create a map / folder for the v13 version and try to solve it, in the meantime use v12 to keep yur website up.

I did the upload with V12 ,but is see that now also index.html is not present.

So this gives an error 403 on the website.

403 Forbidden!

You don't have permission to access the requested object. It is either read-protected or not readable by the server.

So we are back where we started , now nor the v12 od v13 are working.

So it starts to get worse !!

Hello Michel,

You renamed the index home page to myself.html and you need to go to the sitemap in the program and there select the home page and open the properties and change the name from myself back to index and then proceed to export it again online.
