X5 version 10 recovering my work from backup

My work diapered from (Edit an existing Project)
When I go to the backup folder the x5 program doesn’t see any file to import.
In the folder i have
Backup
Library
Preview
Upload
Metadata
Metadatabu
Preview
project.iwprj
Please help
Posted on the
Maurice, there will be a backup in the backup directory only if you uploaded the website using the Website X5 (the built in FTP engine).
If there are files in the backup directory, the helpfile built in to WX5 will tell you how to restore it.
